If you are visiting us for the first time and contemplating buying a water softener or drinking water system and you really aren’t sure what you are looking for, then you have come to the right website. In addition to the differences you will find in using our bespoke services, we appreciate that it is currently a ‘buyers market’ and, therefore, we are offering special prices on water softener installations (subject to a free site survey).

As you will see we have put together a great deal of material including a comprehensive range of AQUAFACTs leaflets. We look in detail at hard water and outline the many advantages of having a water softener. We also explain the differences between the various drinking water products (such as filters and purifiers) in the, often confusing, drinking water market place.

In the majority of cases the material is unbiased. We cover the subject of drinking softened water, the do’s and don’ts of using softened water for the first time, as well as the fascinating history of water softeners. Our frequently asked questions (FAQs) page answers a multitude of the most popular questions that come our way, plus a look at some of the more unusual scenarios that can arise. There are questions about water softeners as well as drinking water systems.

Our water softeners will handle the requirements of a family of 8 or more and will fit under a kitchen sink. Our traditional Sofflow product range are electronically controlled while our Kinetico range use no electricity and do not require any user adjustment whatsoever. We have recently introduced the Aqua-solo and Hague ‘Maximiser’ 400; two new digital operated softeners. The Aqua-solo is amazing value considering the output is sufficient for a small questhouse. The Hague ‘Maximiser’ 400 is probably the most advanced water softener we have come across in more than 16 years - quite amazing! Both operate on either tablet or block salt. We sometimes have reconditioned softeners available - phone us now for latest information and prices.

This highlights promotions and shows, around the region, where you can come and visit us on our exhibition trailer (see picture left). We are also publishing, on this site, a series of ‘case studies‘ covering some of the more interesting installations we have undertaken during 2009 and projects we are undertaking in 2010.
