If you are visiting us for the first time and contemplating buying a water softener or drinking water system and you really aren’t sure what you are looking for, then you have come to the right website. We are well aware that it is a buyers market at the moment and hopefully we will be able to provide the product and service you require at a good price.

As you will see we have put together a great deal of material including a comprehensive range of AQUAFACTs leaflets. We look in detail at hard water and outline the many advantages of having a water softener. We also explain the differences between the various drinking water products (such as filters and purifiers) in the, often confusing, drinking water market place.

In the majority of cases the material is unbiased. We cover the subject of drinking softened water, the do’s and don’ts of using softened water for the first time, as well as the fascinating history of water softeners. Our frequently asked questions (FAQs) page answers a multitude of the most popular questions that come our way, plus a look at some of the more unusual scenarios that can arise. We are also adding some ‘case studies’ to the site during 2009.

We also outline most of the drinking water systems currently available in the UK and explain what they will and will not do and give a guide to prices.

We have updated some of our water softeners recently. Our traditional Sofflow product range is now smaller and more compact and like the Kinetico softeners we sell most will install under a kitchen sink. New literature is now on the site as pdf files.

If you are returning to this site you will see it has been ‘brightened up’ and redesigned. Reference material is easier to locate and navigation has been simplified.
