UKTA – UK Water Treatment Association

  • Formed in 2006, the UKWTA is a national trade association for companies involved in the sale and use of point-of-entry/point-of-use water treatment chemicals and equipment in the UK. There are over 100 members. Aqua-Nouveau is a Corporate Member and actively participates within the organisation.

    Through its web site the UKWTA provides a wide range of information about water softeners and drinking water systems, with links to technical and international data on many issues associated with water.

Scalewatcher

  • We (Aqua-Nouveau) have mentioned physical water treatment devices – water conditioners only briefly. As we specialise in softeners we do not promote this type of product as performance can vary and be inconsistent.

    However, if you want to know more, there is one product that is head and shoulders above the competition and that is ‘SCALEWATCHER’. Like all water conditioners it will not soften the water but it can reduce scale.

  • Aqua-Nouveau has a web page on several local “The Best Of” directories. Having had a presence on many other well known directories, over the years, we have to take our hat off to the organisers and local representatives of “The Best Of” for the excellent way that they run their organisation.
