Aqua-Nouveau is one of the few residential water treatment dealerships, in the UK, that has a factory and showroom complex dedicated to residential water treatment systems, their installation and service.

Nearly all of our day-to-day business is handled and undertaken by our own staff. We have our own salt truck and deliver over 25 tons of salt across North Hampshire and the Thames Valley every month.

We retain a high profile by regularly undertaking promotions in town centres and at local and county shows with our own mobile exhibition trailer. Venues can be found on our ‘events’ page. Please come and visit us. We advertise in Yellow Pages and can be located through a number of web directories.

We have a comprehensive showroom, in Basingstoke, where different installations can be viewed, together with drinking water systems and a wide range of designer drinking water taps. A great deal of our business comes from recommendations.

As a company reliant on selling product in the home it is important to us that we present ourselves in a natural, sincere and genuine manner. We abominate hard selling tactics. All our internal and external home advisors are staff members. The same applies to our engineers. This enables us to keep a tight control on the professionalism and quality of our installation and servicing work.

As we can rely, more than most, on our engineering expertise we can be more flexible with our product guarantees. These are therefore longer than many competitors. We give a minimum guarantee of two years. Warranty on parts can be as high as ten years. In general our guarantees are some of the best in the industry.

Our servicing expertise, particularly with water softeners, extends beyond our own product ranges. We can assist with 80% of the softening valves in the market including Fleck and Autotrol equipment. We were the main Permo supplier for many years.

As there are so many softeners sold countrywide, under different names, please contact us for advice. With personnel experience going back more than 30 years we have knowledge on most makes, including discontinued models.
