Aqua-Nouveau - Who Are We?
Aqua-Nouveau is your Thames Valley & Hampshire residential water treatment specialist operating in specific post code areas in Berkshire, North Surrey, North Hampshire, South Oxfordshire and South Buckinghamshire.
We supply and service domestic water softeners, water filters, reverse osmosis (RO) drinking water purifiers and systems for commercial use and for private water supplies.
In addition to our own products, we are proud to be an exclusive supplier of Kinetico water quality systems. For those of you who have heard the name you will probably be aware of the amazing reputation they have for reliable products.
We know Kinetico to be the best. Our commitment to Kinetico requires us to employ our own sales advisors, installers and servicing engineers.

Our showroom is the most comprehensive of its type in the area. We are open 9am to 5pm weekdays. (We regret that due to current economic circumstances we have suspended Saturday opening for the foreseeable future). We are a major salt stockist and deliver salt to many of our customers across our dealership territory.

Our literature packs are renowned for their informative content. We have prepared a number of AQUAFACTs leaflets in addition to individual product literature. Our pricing policy is representative of the quality of our products and services. We don’t favour the ‘over the counter’ approach. In the first instance, we recognise the importance of a home site survey (undertaken free of charge), for DIY as well as professional installs. We explain more about this later.
We are not interested in just selling you a product. Our priority is making sure that you are getting the right product and that it is fitted to meet the specific plumbing circumstances in your property as well as your exacting requirements.
